Ryan Magee is the Managing Director of IQS and the Chief Financial Officer at Cority. A CPA, CMA, Ryan has over a decade of experience working in the Software and Technology industries where he has helped many companies scale and grow. Ryan’s most recent position before joining Cority was Director of Finance at Redknee Inc. Ryan also leads Cority’s Corporate Development and post-merger integration initiatives. He was pivotal in the acquisitions of regAction and IQS in early 2017.
Director, Sales and Channel Partners
Milan Bogdanovic is a Cleveland native who graduated from Bowling Green State University where he earned his BSBA. Milan brings 16 years of sales, business development and marketing experience to IQS, with over 10 years of sales experience in the software industry having worked in the education and manufacturing industries.
As Director of Sales and Channel Partners at IQS, Milan leads the enterprise sales and channel partner programs across North America, South America, Europe and Asia-Pacific where he is responsible for increasing revenue and IQS’s market share in the manufacturing space. Milan also oversees marketing with a focus on aligning corporate brand and go-to-market initiatives.
Lee Estepp, head of engineering, leads IQS’s long-term technology vision, and is responsible for thought leadership and execution of product implementation, quality, operations, and support. Mr. Estepp possesses more than 20 years of global enterprise software experience focused on the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining IQS in 2018, he served as senior director in PTC’s PLM division. Mr. Estepp attended Bethel College in St. Paul, MN, where he earned bachelor of arts degrees in Physics and Computer Science.
Director, Professional Services
Michael Thomas is originally from the Dayton-Cincinnati area where he graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in mathematics. After beginning his career in the financial field, he moved to Philadelphia where he led teams that leveraged technology to help grow the institutions he worked for into well-known and trusted brands. He moved back to Ohio and obtained his MBA from Ashland University while working in various project and resource management positions for a Fortune 500 bank.
Today, Michael has over 20 years of technology management experience and has helped many small businesses show marked and sustained growth. He brings a unique (and proven) project management style to the table to help his clients and organizations realize their potential.
Director, Product Management
As Head of Product Management, Eric Morris leads the global product vision, design, and go-to-market strategy functions, with a strong focus on innovation, performance, and adoption. Eric brings over 10 years of Strategy, Professional Service and Product Management experience at prominent QMS vendors Dyadem, Intelex Technologies and Veeva Systems. Most recently, Eric served as Head of Product Management at Limelight Platform.
Eric graduated from Christian Brothers University in 2003 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and holds accreditations in Environmental Management, Enterprise Risk Management and Agile Software Development from institution in the US, UK and Canada. Eric currently lives in Toronto, Canada.
